I'm not secretive about the fact that I have depressive issues that stem from a couple of sources. In fact, I have a semi colon tattoo on my left wrist and an expecto patronum one on my right and in the right circles those are pretty much dead giveaways. Because I'm not secretive about my mental health having some serious lows, I'm not going to be secretive about when I'm having some serious highs. And for the last month or so, I've honestly been feeling great. So much so that if my phone didn't remind me to take my meds at 9am and 1pm, I'd be able to totally forget all of it for 99% of the day. I don't remember ever feeling like this. I'm so thankful for it. For my support system, for my doctors, my meds, and even for the annoying sound of a bottle of pills shaking that emits from my phone at 9 and 1. Eventually I'll go low again.
